Generally the app functionality is good. Only a small percentage of customers actually sign up for Rewards and use it for discounts. One thing I don't like is that in the Discounts section in Shopify, it populates all of the generated discount codes. I wish there was a way to avoid that. Customer service is superb! Nicole helped me with some button display issues, and she was very responsive and informative. Thank you!

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!

Also you are correct, Instagram doesn't allow deep links in their bios. Very good service that my loyal customers have taken advantage of. I am soooo grateful for this program. I want to open a storefront someday soon and this app gives me some practice creating brand and company loyalty with my online customers. I have the free version and it's pretty customizable for what I need at this time. I'm happy with the product.
The smile app isn't the most robust, but it's great for the price point. The biggest hang-ups are the lack of customization, but their customer service is quick, helpful, and insightful. Josh has been fantastic at helping when needed.

Love that I can customize certain aspects for free!
We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!
