Hi, I have just downloaded the app for my Shopify store and was having trouble finding where to add social media links so I messaged for help. The rep was very helpful and explained where to find the links. She also disclosed about third-party validation. I sincerely appreciate the transparency & for letting me know this. App gets installed and then refreshes constantly and never works. Tried reaching out to customer service and they said they couldn't see my site as installed even after sending a screenshot. The app is not functional or user friendly.
