Ya me parecía caro el uso de la app, pero desde abril empezaron a cobrar cargos por uso y van por 2000€ mensuales de cargos lo que me cobran, cuando no generan ni 10.000€. No merece la pena. Estoy reclamando y soporte no contestan. Un verdadero abuso, y no le sacamos demasiado partido porque no vemos que integre bien. Muchas deficiencias, mejor desarrollar una app propia.

Hands down the best loyalty app. Defaults are superb but it's also endlessly configurable and I love that they deploy new growth-minded features at a clip. Ullas offered fab support. I've used this app for years and have never, ever had an issue.

Rather than simply directing us to a standard help article or suggesting an upgrade, she enabled additional functionality on our current plan that allows us to create rewards for both subscription and one-time purchases. This will make the process much easier for our customers and significantly improve their overall rewards journey.

Get it! I have had Smile for a while now, I honestly am having difficulty remembering how long it has been it has been so long. So far, I have had no issues with the rewards functioning properly, customers having ease of use, or on my end as the store owner for the behind the scenes set up things. It is easy to navigate, very intuitive. You can set redeemable rewards to only work for a (one) collection, make it exclusive for the person who redeemed the reward ensuring who ever uses that reward is using that account that earned and claimed it. There are discounted and free shipping reward options customers can redeem points for. They also have options for customizing colors to fit your website branding. I am very happy with the free plan and when I am ready for even more features that support a larger brand/business, I will be upgrading to the paid version. Thank you for such a wonderful, realiable app! :)

Smile.io's support team has been fantastic to work with. I ran into a few technical hiccups with my loyalty and referral program, and every rep I worked with — Lisa, Lynn, and Joana — was quick to respond, thorough, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted. They even went out of their way to unlock some bonus features for me as a longtime merchant, which I really appreciated. Great app, backed by a support team that clearly cares about their merchants.

This app is solid. Getting customer loyalty points to sync properly across different sales platforms wasn't an instant plug-and-play process for us. However, Smile.io provided us with a solution and helped with the technical capabilities we needed to make it work.

What made the biggest difference was the support team. Complex setups can easily get frustrating, but every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful. I have just started using this app and I am very happy so far. I am having some trouble getting customers to convert from a Guest status to a Member status and so, am trying to educate them. Members have been accumulating points but no one has redeemed, yet. I am not sure why not. I will have to keep monitoring the app to see how it evolves. But, right now, I am very happy.
