This is truly an AWESOME Review App. I've been using it for over a year. It is terrific for helping us incentivize our customers to be stay onboard with our company using Customer Reward Points. I couldn't imagine running our store without it. But recently I had a problem when I accidentally deleted the app form our store. I reinstalled the app, but in the process we had lost all of our customer points data. I reached out to their support and they were able to send us a CSV backup of our customer file with the points. I simply uploaded the data back into our account and we were back in business. The Smile team were rock-stars helping us sort out the problem. And they sure put a "Smile" back on my face in the process. Highly recommended app for the service it provides and for the excellent support they provide if it's ever needed.

Also provides great integrations to Klaviyo, Recharge and Gorgias, all the tools we need to offer a professional Rewards program. It help us drive more business and gives our customers a smile every time they receive a reward.

Actually the best rewards program available! I've been using Smile for 3 years and I will be stanning forever
