Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Smile has been a great app for our loyalty program. It's full of features, but not confusing to use like other apps available. Really appreciate how Smile have prioritised the UX for both the end users and also us as a merchant. The new 'Points at Checkout' feature is great!

Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful!

Smile has been great to work with, and our customers love using our "Legacy Stars". We have seen an increase in sales from this! Customer service has also been incredible and most recently speaking with Jade was such a great experience. Thank you so much for having such a great team!

awesome app, very good and cost effective. just wish it had an option for the rewards redemption to be accessed via a standard webpage instead of an app or floating button

Smile is a great app for points and referrals and they online chat system is great! in particular Brady, Jess and Jobie have been incredibly helpful in helping us get everything set up!
