Had an issue with one of my other apps that integrated with Smile and Smile dedicated resources within ~30 seconds to help diagnose the other app's issue and figured out a solution that they were able to implement. Easy to set up, very flexible, even with the basic service.
Promoted it with one email blast, tweet, and facebook post and got 50+ people signed up the first day it launched!
