Had a minor issue, Support replied within *minutes* and addressed my issue perfectly (I wasn't waiting long enough to see changes on the live site). Aside from that, the app has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 8 months ago.

We use Shopify (Symmetry)for our women's fashion store and the Smile app works well for us.

As always Smile is amazing to work with. Joshua was kind, helpful, professional, and extremely personable. Felt like I was hitting up a buddy for some help and he was more than happy to do all he could. Our customers love our rewards system but I love working with companies who take care of their customers and Smile is definitely that.
2023 Update: Smile is still out here killin' it. Angie helped pull manual reports for us on a weekly basis over a 9-week program we ran. The team truly goes above and beyond - thank you Angie!

Easy-to-use app with seamless customer experience. Updates have improved Shopify integration to the point that formerly-needed manual point award adjustments are no longer necessary. Shopify Flow integration is available and customer support (Thanks, Alex!) is superb.
