Awesome app, loving it so far! Support team is really really awesome and super friendly! Some days ago I was far from a computer and I needed help to upload some discount coupons into the system. I asked for help using my mobile phone and Abby was super helpful and friendly and did it for me! Thank you so much, very happy with the service :)

**UPDATE**
6 stars - I botched up a copy paste of some code and broke the app - and probably some other things on my store. Sent out an email blast letting everyone know about our cool new rewards program. And the emails started coming in that they couldn't see it. Smooooth.
I emailed Mike, let him know what was going on and a few minutes later he spotted the problem. I fixed it and everything was great again. Top notch support and truly appreciated!
So far so good. The potential to reward customer loyalty is exciting to try. Looks like a great app.

I actually had a question about the app and I got directed to a bot, but within 1-minute it actually put me to an actual person, Larry. He was extremely helpful not only answering my questions, but addressing them and resolving them!
