Great app. that builds loyalty with our tribe. We would recommend this app to all e-commerce b2c businesses.
I use this app for my customers to obtain points for loyalty and also for the referral incentive. It has been awesome. The only thing I dislike is that a lot of customers have internet explorer and when using that browser, they are unable to sign up by opening the rewards icon on our home page.
Have just installed it on my Shopify website. Hoping it will drive my sales up. Easy to install. I was done in like a minute.

Loving it, great user interface, and the integration, but the automatic change of languages and some other things should be great. Really No SPANISH SUPPORT?? like my store is in mexico city....
I just added this app today (8 October 2018) so I do not have much experience with the app. That being said, I find it much easier than some I've tried. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. The navigation is easy to follow. In short, the app is intuitive. One issue I have was that I wanted to give my existing customers credit for joining the rewards program and found that I had to do this one by one. It would be nice if there were some kind of bulk editor that could do this in a single step. As I gain more experience with the app, I will return to either upgrade to 5 stars or downgrade to 3 stars. I won't know until I have working experience with it. For now, I can't see why 5 stars would be the next move.
We've just started using Smile and all of our customers like it so far! It is easy to start up and everyone is so helpful when you message (and quick to reply). So far so good!

Great App. Quick and Easy to install !!
Application seems to be off to a good start.
Shopify integration is now seamless with a tab integration which works great. Some features needed are color and text customization of the tab bar and customization of the "Points Store" including images and text.
When a customer signs up for the program, you are able to reward them with however many points you wish and you are also able to configure how much each point is worth and how many points are rewarded per dollar spent. But, one feature that could send this application through the roof is if we, the store, are able to reward customers for other actions on the site (i.e., sharing a product, referring a friend, subscribing to a newsletter, commenting on a blog post, writing a product review, etc.)
This application is in beta so the team is definitely hard at work developing it. We will continue to stand behind Sweet Tooth as we see nothing but untapped potential and look forward to seeing what features are rolled out in the months to come.
Support is very friendly and quick to help. Very easy to connect with so if there are any issues, the Sweet Tooth team is always available and willing to step in and help.
With a little bit of work and more features, this could be a ten star application -- worth more than any other rewards program application and could turn up to be priceless.
