Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Very simple and straightforward set up. The only reason I did not give more than 4 stars is that I haven't put the app in live mode.

Cool app. UX is great. It seems quite pricey for the paid aspects

Only just started today but first impressions are good, looks like a great tool to use.

So far its pretty simple and quick to setup. I had Bold Loyalty Points before this but since it was a new app they had a lot of issues and missing things that were important to have. Now my customers can take advantage and be rewarded the way they deserve to be. I'm just getting started, but so far Smile has a fantastic platform. Only thing I wish they included was points for product reviews. Would save the hassle of another app you need to integrate. Other than that, they basically have it all!

Super easy to configure, took me 10 minutes. A bit disappointed in how little you can customize the design on the free app, looking forward to upgrading as soon as I hit 500 clients and seeing what else they've got.

Great little app to start a rewards program. Using the free version, and the reason I deducted one star - you really should be able to set an expiry on points/rewards at any level, not just a paid level. That was disappointing, but otherwise I'm happy with it and the seamless way it works with Shopify.

So far so good. Would prefer s better sandboxed demo mode for playing about without having to publish live to users while testing.
