So far it looks like a super nice app.
However, I hope that in the very near future they can make a language option in Danish so my customers can read everything in Danish

The app seems fairly easy to use but I noticed that rewarding someone for "sharing" on social media is pointless. It only requires them to click on the "share to facebook" or whatever and does not actually require the person to share. Its a way to rack up false points.
The customer service was exceptional! Not only did they promptly address my inquiries, but they also provided me with a complimentary month. I am enthusiastic about the program and assessing the results.

I am still getting used to the app but my customers are loving the ease of use. I hope to enhance my utilization of the app very soon.

Excellent, excellent app. I've tried all of the customer relationship apps available for Shopify, and nothing comes close to being as thorough and well implemented as Sweet Tooth. It's been on my shop dappernotes.com for a bit now, and the response is already great.
Plus: you can't beat a thoughtful pricing model like this one: if you have enough active customers, then the monthly fee is a drop in the bucket to keep them coming back.
Finally: the customer service response is AMAZING. And when it comes to putting anything on my website, having a product with a real dedicated team makes all the difference in the world.

We've just implemented Smile and have had a few online redemptions! Their support team helped me set up in-store redemption through our POS. Giving it 4 stars for user friendliness and concept, haven't used it long enough to see if it gets a fifth!
