Awesome app and being able to edit the placement of the app helps a lot versus other apps. It works well being side by side with Facebook messenger on your landing page.

Can't be an option for small businesses, since you have to pay $199 per month if you have less than 10000 customers. $400 if you have less than 25000 customers. Also like and share buttons doesn't work properly, i created thousands of points for myself without sharing anything.
Very good user experience and easy to implement, flexible settings and a good incentive for customers. Great app!
