After trying to find something comparable to Smile, my search has ended.
Tried a few high rated reward apps and lost money, time and energy.. so for the time being we'll stick with Smile.
Been with Smile for what seems like forever (when the company was known as Sweet Tooth on the Magento platform).

Smile has improved A LOT!
Customer service is on the ball!
Plus there are so many facets to this app, more than any other & to be honest I'm glad I stuck with Smile! We're in the process of updating our website to implement the VIP tiers but have found that Smile has more than just VIP tiers.

Good start from Sweet Tooth. I've just installed this and it hasn't taken long to set up. Particularly impressed with being able to include previous customers so they don't feel penalised.
I just set up the Sweet Tooth app and I LOVE it so far. It was seamless in setting up and very intuitive. Normally I would have my web developer do this type of work, but it was not necessary. I am using the free version right now and it has a ton of features already. I will eventually ease into the paid version, which will unlock a number of additional features that I am already wishing that I could have. Great app!
Got love Smile: Rewards & Loyalty - easy to use and ability to match my store's design without a huge price tag! I needed some assistance recently and Maggie from support came to my rescue! :)
