The customer service of the Smile.io team is such a gold standard! They have really went above and beyond to accommodate my account to really fix all my needs. Their follow up has really shown how much they care that their customers are able to use their software effectively and I would highly recommend this app! We've been using Smile for years, and it just gets better and better. I recently had an issue with customer logins after we switched to Shopify's new customer accounts, and a Smile rep, Shelby, responded quickly and explained how to fix it. She followed up later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved, which I really appreciated.
