very good easy install app, but the problem is that it cost so SO much , you need to spend $200 for one of the app while free or $50 package is useless, i used it for 3 months, and can tell you that even $50 package is not effective. so you need to consider for a package for $200 only, so i will look for alternatives now. because it will never generate so much to cover $200 product cost. maybe some big companies can afford it. If you re a small company be ready to wait for 2-3 months to see any results and pay $200 / month so it will never generate as much as you expected to cover the monthly cost. So i recommend to avoid this App grow for at least 5k in net profit per month and then consider to install it.

We offer our Free and Starter Plans for businesses just getting started with a loyalty program. Then we suggest upgrading as needed as your business grows. I hear that you weren't getting what you wanted out of the Starter Plan.

I have only had the app for a little while now but so far so good! I would recommend this to other people. The only downside I see so far is to create a tiered system you need to be a pro member which is $5-600 a month which I think is a bit much. I feel you should have a smaller tier system for a the lower price plans and then allow option when you go onto pro they give you a bit more.

Love the functionality and ease of set up — however this app appears to be having a noticeable negative effect on our site speed.

It's ok so far. Missing the % option instead of the $ one.
the app is ok. its just for some reason it only allows you to sign up sometimes. after u submit the info the "i am not a robot" recaptcha does not work so it wont let people sign up

Easy to follow set up steps. I'm really looking forward to what this app can do! Well here we go! I'm gonna wait to see what happens before I rank it any higher.
I tried the $50 STARTER PLAN for 2 months, unfortunately it didn't work for me.
PROS:
- Set-up is very easy & straightforward.
CONS:
- No template to create a "page" explaining the program. I had to use another page builder app to do that. All you get is a small icon with a very brief description.
- No email template to inform/invite "non-members" from my email list
What's important to me is the bottom line: does it BOOST sales or not? For me it did NOT. In the 2 months I had it, there were barely any sign-ups (not even my regular customers), and zero sales from the program.
I promoted the program by having a dedicated page explaining it, an announcement banner on my site, email, & announcements from the Judge.me review emails.
It felt as if the rewards program was another "product" that had to be heavily promoted, when I what I was looking for was the exact opposite: a program that would promote my other products.

It's nice app, and helpful in building customer loyalty
Its incredibly slow loading. Make sure when you start you set the points up the way you want them. The settings it comes with will immediately start giving points out to your customers. It was giving out its own version of high points so that when I set up the system I wanted all the customers had all these points and were getting rewards. Cost me money and then had to go manually lower the points for each one. So set it up the way you want it from day one I moved mine to $1 is 1 point - they had it something like $1 is 5 points. Also when you go to use the reward - do not close the window before copying the rewards code! As you will not be able to access the code again.

I also wanted to let you know that customers can access their previously redeem rewards at any time in your rewards panel. They can see all of their discount codes and click "apply code" to have the discount automatically add to their current cart.

Easy interface and customer management. Having hiccups lately. Rewards points are being used and re-credited back to customer giving them endless point. Not happy right now and support takes a day + to get back to you.
Anyone else having issues where the rewards are used for a purchase and instead of being deducted from the customer's reward account, they go right back on it. I'm waiting for support but wanted to know if we're alone here. Our customers are shopping and getting free rewards dollars. icky
