The app is very helpful in creating a sense of reward and motivation to clients. It is highly encouraging to have this app in place, especially with such a supportive and responsive team behind it. We use Shopify (Symmetry)for our women's fashion store and the Smile app works well for us.
We recently requested help with accessing loyalty points more quickly at the till point and the Smile team provided swift and clear instructions.

This app works pretty great. The only complaint that I have is that the starter plan has a really low maximum number of monthly orders, only being 500, but I love it besides that.
Also, Shelby - the person I talked to for getting help - was so nice and helpful!
It's also a great app if you use Klaviyo :)

After a few emails bouncing around between agents, I finally got to Lynn. Once I explained the situation, she had me squared away in no time. If I’d gotten Lynn from the start, this would’ve been a no-brainer 5/5 — she’s the MVP here!
It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league.
Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

The customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC! Special thanks to Lisa and Andrea for their kind patience in answering my many questions.
I'm giving 4 stars because the starter (paid) plan could offer more "rewards" than it does currently. Also, the interface/navigation is very frustrating. Certain things like the widget are edited via two seprate sections, which can be a nightmare if you're still familiarising yourself with the setup........And there's so many additional options/settings available and you don't know your plan is not entitled to them until you start clicking and try activating them. That, is very frustrating as a user.
The customer service and chat response is great. Lynn did a great job solving my problem. When the data that I needed wasn't present on the dashboard, she sent me everything I needed in a raw data file - great for analysis! Dashboard could be a bit more descriptive of the data presented.
We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.
