We've been using Smile for years, and it just gets better and better. I recently had an issue with customer logins after we switched to Shopify's new customer accounts, and a Smile rep, Shelby, responded quickly and explained how to fix it. She followed up later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved, which I really appreciated.

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect!

We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.
Overall I really like the app and the staff are very responsive by email and even jumped on a 30min call to explain some things.
It has taken us sometime to understand everything this app can do. The rewards are very straight forward and work well. We are just implementing the VIP system which has a slight limitation for us. We are a winery and want to limit the VIP section to our members but I don't think we are able to do that.
Our customers are happily using their rewards!

Overall it's a good app. I like the ability to choose the way rewards are earned and spent so that it can be catered best for my company. Every time I have needed to contact support for help I have been able to get the help I needed quickly and professionally.

We used the Smile Rewards app for about 4 years and it does what it says. No complaining about that. In these 4 years we hade some steep price hikes releated to what each abo tier can do. Initially the free tier had no order limits. You got less possibilities, but you did not pay. Then the next tier was 29 Dollars if I remember right. Now it's 49 Dollars with a limit of 500 monthly orders and if you overstep by 1 order you aren't able to access your clients data anymore. The only way is to pay the next tier (199 Dollar, great scaling btw) or to wait the next month and hope the order quantity goes down again. We found a great alternative with less money and more features.

Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!
