Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

This is the PERFECT solution for my business! I recently switched from Square to Shopify and I have struggled to find a loyalty program that would mimic what I had. After testing a few that did not work at all and were outrageously expensive.. I find Smile. I also found Maggie!! She was absolutely wonderful in helping me set up my online and POS rewards. I haven't been using the app for long, but set up was easy and I have a feeling this is going to be huge for us.

We don't usually leave reviews for apps. We gave this app about a year on the Small Business plan. It didn't come cheap, but the results are starting to show. We integrated the app with our review app (yotpo) and they work great together. We love our customers and we want them to feel the love as well. This app is a great way to show it. Gets our customers more involved than your typical coupon. Thanks Smile.io

Smile is working well for us so far, and a big part of my rating because their support team is very responsive. If one team member isn't online then another will tag in to fill in the gaps, which is much appreciated!
