Cool app with Helpful customer service
I was easily able to update my imported customer list from a previous loyalty program and I can reward my customers for in store and online purchases.
Still figuring it out. Was easy to setup and seams streamlined with multiple reward functionalities within one app. Sweet that it is currently free!
Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !

We're so sorry for the trouble, but would you be able to try fully removing the Smile app from your app list in Shopify, and then re-installing it? The issue should be resolved now, and you should be able to install it properly :)

I would recommend to a friend, for sure. So far, easy experience implementing. Can't give it a 5 yet until I see some results. Thumbs up for sure.

I think offering a $50 then jumping into a $200 (which honestly is the plan you need to really get a benefit from using this app) is a huge jump in price. I wish it was around the $120 range. I also would recommend they offer more social media platforms to share and have customer referrals on. It is a bit outdated when it comes to that. They need to add tiktok, snapchat, etc to their platform. overall the app performs well!

Not only a good app, but also good customer service. :)
So far so good. However, I wish there were gift incentives and the option for multiple tier paid memberships. Implementing either/both would make this 5 stars.
