Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Just started using the app-- but customer service has been awesome! They immediately replied to my questions and walked me through what I needed to do to make the app work for my shop.

Jade from customer service was so kind and prompt with a response. She not only saved me time but frustration as well. She is a keeper!!!!

Lisa was super helpful and very friendly. She was able to send screenshots and we figured out the issue and resolved it quickly!

Smile.io is an excellent choice for businesses that want to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat sales through a well-structured rewards program.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive.
Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate
The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself.
Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive
Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out.
Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile

Great app and our customers enjoy how easy it is to collect and redeem their rewards. It's fun to customize the features. Appreciate the excellent customer service as well.
