The customer service of the Smile.io team is such a gold standard! They have really went above and beyond to accommodate my account to really fix all my needs. Their follow up has really shown how much they care that their customers are able to use their software effectively and I would highly recommend this app! Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!

Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.
