Such a easy to use app that I absolutely love!

Simple to install and use. It's a nice way to get my customers coming back. I have it so they can also refer me to a friend. They each get points and I get a new sale! win win!

It's nice I just wish it gave us the option to make a separate page with all of the ways to earn and redeem like in the popup.

Love this, however we can't afford anything at the moment as we're recently starting up. The free option is great, an improvement would be perhaps to put somewhere like cheaper options to pay for Smile. Overall great app though :)

I like this app, I wish there was another plan level between the free plan and the $50 plan. Maybe $14.99 per month for those who are just starting out.

Set up was easy. The app is very user friendly. Now, all we need is to get some customers to join our loyalty program. Fingers crossed.

Works perfect - exactly what I was looking for.

This app helped me develop a reward program for my customers. One negative is that I could not customize the box.
What we did not enjoy was the fact that we could not resize the pop up box on the website.

This app has been incredibly easy to navigate and set up. We launched on our site within 3 days of downloading the app. Customer service is impeccable! Tess has been so responsive and so gracious anytime I have a question about a feature.
Definitely recommend this app! Now I know why they call it "Smile" ;)
