Installation of the app was quick and easy. I then reached out to support to ensure all was set up correctly and had the pleasure to chat with customer service rep Jade, who was able to review and confirm how everything was set up. Now it's time to see if Smile can make our customers smile.

This is absolutely what I've been looking for. An app like this is without a doubt, at least in my mind, indispensable for any eCommerce shop owner.

Easy to set up and use! Awesome way to reward our customers and promote brand loyalty. Customer service is top notch as well. Highly recommend!

Seems to be a decent loyalty app. But it doesn't work with multiple subdomains. Uninstalling the app, unfortunately.

It looked like a good app until it made my page stop playing HTML videos on Chrome. Took us forever to figure out what was the problem. Had to delete to make it work again.

I used this app to create a points system for my customers and Josh was super helpful adding my customers on with there existing points! Thank you so much
