This is one of the very few companies that go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Roel answered my support ticket and changed my checkout to work the way we needed it within 10 minutes. No kidding, and even though it might not be part of how the software should have worked, they didn’t even charge me for it. While we are running from one app to another because the apps don’t work and the support is totally missing, this is the example on how it should be in a perfect world. Thank you Roel and Smile.io to make this world a little more perfect!

I've used several apps and never written a review...but this one is AWESOME. Easy to set up and just works!!! I had people using it within minutes of installing and many have spent their points on coupons. I wish all my shopify tools were this easy and useful!!

Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!

Smile has been a great app for our loyalty program. It's full of features, but not confusing to use like other apps available. Really appreciate how Smile have prioritised the UX for both the end users and also us as a merchant. The new 'Points at Checkout' feature is great!
