Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I was happy to easily find the free Sweet Tooth app through Shopify. I wanted to test a rewards program for my gift shop site. Its simple setup is a great start and I can't wait to see how this may help my business grow.

Easy for me to set up, a bit harder for the customers to use, but still the best I have found. Support is quick and to the point. :) I would have appreciated a more directly integrated "you have these many points, do you want to use them" rather than going through the process of exchanging points into reward vouchers and then using the code. Many of our older users find this impossibly complicated.

Very helpful and quick responses. She walked me through the answers to all my questions and helped me decide to switch my loyalty program to Smile. With their features and price, I'm super happy using them now. Switching to them was the best thing for my customers

Agent Joshua was really nice, can't say enough good things about the customer service! I'm glad we can rely on it!

So far I am happy with the set-up stage. I am concerned though that Sweeth Tooth does not offer a basic program based on the number of orders per month. We'll see. So far so nice.

No real persistent issues with the app. The support team, specifically Jade, is always super pleasant and quick to help!

Love it! Makes it easy to reward customers for their Loyalty

We have been using smile.io for over a year now and it has been fantastic! Loyalty programs in general are a great implementation for most e-commerce businesses but smile have been extra great because of their support. The ability to message in at anytime, all their agents are friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to respond which makes everything with this integration a whole lot easier!
