It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league.
Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels.
The support I have received for any of my queries has been second to none. Particularly the support I have received from Joana (27/09) - she answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and offered workarounds for our unique needs. Thank you.

We’ve been using the Smile.io app for many years now and are really happy with the way it manages our loyalty programs. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and implement various features that enhance customer experience.
Recently, I encountered an issue that I thought might be difficult to resolve, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Enzo. He went above and beyond to ensure my problem was addressed promptly and effectively. His dedication and support made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
I’d recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy to use loyalty program with five star support when needed.

I think the jump from FREE to US$50 per month is too steep. I have 300 people on my program and the FREE version is very limited and causes confusion so I have to upgrade but its a huge price increase. If there was a US $30 pm option for up to 600 members it would be much easier to build slowly.

Smile has been working great for our business. Easily integrates with shopify/okendo/mailchimp. Very user friendly. And their customer service is fantastic- super friendly and knowledgable- and they don't make you wait and wait for a response when you have a question. Much appreciated!

We've been using Smile.io to power our points program for more than a year, and we love it. It's easy to implement and really provides us with a key pillar to our customer retention strategy. The return on investment is great and saves us a lot of time and money versus building it ourselves. Smile works so well that we haven't had much need to access their support team for help or resources. It was only recently that we reached out for with technical questions as we look to improve our site. We were so happy with our interaction with Smile's Help Team. They are responsive, courteous, and generous with their time and attention. This single thread of interaction really boosted our opinion of Smile: we learned that the company is more than software engineers, they are also specialists in providing quality customer service. We highly recommend that you go with Smile!
