The app is OK, it does what it's supposed to but to be honest I'm considering pulling it because the pricing structure is so ridiculous.
The basic level beyond the minimal free plan jumps to a massive $50/month and you don't really get much for that and then for simple things like analytics to show you whether the app is really generating much return on the monthly cost you have to be on the enormous $200/month plan which is frankly ridiculous when vastly more complicated apps cost far less.
It does what it says reasonably well but I'm struggling to justify the price to be honest.

WARNING - This is Old Review: Excellent App. We use it for our store ; and all our Loyal Customers take benefit of the Rewards we offer.
New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears:
"This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th."
We have been using and also recommended the app to several others, but now with this kind of stunt I guess will have to Remove it. Also will not recommend and ask others as well. Already have Loyal Customers using it, its going to Impact our TRUST and LOYALTY as you a lot.
I have had this app for awhile and always ran seamlessly. Recently my customers were reporting an issue and I wasn't sure how to fix it. IMed the app. Maggie responded almost instantly and fixed my issue in less than a minute. Great app. Great support.
