Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Horrible product. Stay away. I have installed it and tried to use it, but I keep getting errors when trying to log into their system. I have tried changing my password and I get caught in an endless reset loop, with the new password not working. I have tried contacting them and gotten no reply.

we are still researching but the support so far is great in answering questions about how it will work

I had to pleasure of meeting Joshua in the chat support of Smile. He responded very quick and with a little touch of humor. He was very helpfull and the problem was solved in no time! Thank again!

I just installed the app and it already looks really nice and simple to start using it for my website. I had few questions but Brady was a great help!

This app is super easy to setup. It is easy for my customers to navigate. And I LOVE how it connects with Shopify POS!!!

Only new but so far am enjoying it! Customer service was great when I had questions and replied almost instantly.
