I'm very impressed so far with the Smile programme and looking forward to using it with my customers. Really appreciate the great customer service too. Larry was extremely helpful and clearly explained the answers to my questions and what I needed to do. Thank you.

If you’re looking to engage your customers with a Rewards and Loyalty point scheme... then this is the perfect app! The customer service team are fantastic and super helpful. The feedback we have had from our customers is great and they love the referral system in place as well ! Absolutely fantastic. We moved over to Smile after our previous loyalty app didn't offer the features we wanted without having to pay a lot more for an upgrade. So far we've found the transition seamless, set up very comprehensive, and overall a much better app (and saving us money) - just wish we'd used it from the beginning! Customer service also brilliant - Joshua was a pleasure to speak to and resolved our query very quickly. Overall very impressed and highly recommend.

Works just as advertised. It is easy to use, customize and navigate. Customers do not seem to have any issues with it either.
