I've been using Smile for many years and the app works really well. The support team are also very helpful if you have any queries, and they are available at weekends as well - thanks Andrea for your help!

We have been using Smile:Loyalty Rewards Program for couple of years in our store. The app is very easy to use and our customers like it very much. Customer service is also top notch as we had an issue with the program and Ezra and Lynn took care of the issue. Ezra especially kept following the issue until it is resolved.

Exceptional customer service that has willingly accommodated our changing needs over the years. Smile is highly supported, and feature-rich. However, we value customer service above all else, and we have always been supported by this team.

We've been using Smile for years, and it just gets better and better. I recently had an issue with customer logins after we switched to Shopify's new customer accounts, and a Smile rep, Shelby, responded quickly and explained how to fix it. She followed up later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved, which I really appreciated.

Had a huge ooopsie on my part and Smile chat support went above and beyond to get me out of the situation. This wasn’t the first time they’ve helped me out of a goof either. Having a good rewards program requires attention to detail and analysis. They’ve been there every step of the way.

Smile is a great app for reward points! Set up was easy and it only took a minute to import my coupon codes for the discount rewards. I downloaded other apps for loyalty reward points but they do not have the option to follow social media pages for extra points. I can't wait to see the results.

We have been using Smile for quite some years now.
As we import all our eBay orders in to Shopify for ease of fulfilment, we need to prevent the eBay customers getting rewards emails only intending for our direct store customers. Erin created a workflow that we imported in to Shopify Flow to automate this task.

We've been using Smile since 2017 and just wanted to drop a review to say they're great. Having a rewards program that's easy to use and manage is amazing. Lots of good features and helpful customer support.

Love this app for so many reason. Intelligently use Shopify's admin interface, easy of user, many options for the price. This app, however, could be even better if the referral can take more than just first time referral. Extend the referral commission than it would be an enterprise app
