Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

I run the Smile app on both my boutique and nail stores. It's a great loyalty program to have to build a solid returning customer base! Andreandana and Brandon were super helpful when I had to pause my one store for a while and relaunch the Smile app.

I am very satisfied to every features I experienced with Smile. The team also has a great customer relationship management that very helpful to find the best solution for every case we found.

Amazing loyalty program. We switched because of rampant code leaks and saw immediate savings due to fewer discounts. I recommend this app (if you have the budget).

I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

The app is generally very easy to use with a decent UX, although Smile's customer service is incredible. Lynn has been very helpful and super responsive, assisting us with any errors that we've come across or questions we've had.

Support was great! Appreciated not just the response, but the relevant help articles to support the conversation.
