We moved from another app to Smile. We have been avoiding to do this for years before because Smile doesn't offer point expiry on the basic pricing tiers, but the whole app is very well done and the interface is excellent so it was worth the change. It feels like a very steady and solid app, and the support from David was quick and responsive when we migrated from the previous app.

I had an issue with the wording of the point system when it was sent to the customer. Brandon was able to help me out straight away and get it sorted

Lynn P was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. She was helpful with her step by step knowledge of getting me set up properly for my business.

Highly recommend. After reviewing many reward programs, I selected Smile. Best decision, it has been a home run. I had one small question and Joana on chat was amazing. She took her time with me and answered all of my follow up questions. She even offered a quick program review. A++
