Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Cole from CS is amazing! He was so helpful in working with me on the new feature to remove certain low margin items from earning points. This is a great app that has helped us increase our business!!

Happy Lucky’s loose leaf tea is both brick & mortar and online. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels. We’ve been smiling ever since. And, thank you Brandon for your recent help. Much appreciated.

This app has been great! Had a small issue with the widget not showing on our site due to some other app code blocking it and Cole was able to fix the issue quickly!

Also Lynn was very helpful and so quick about fixing something with our billing!

We have been very pleased with Smile running our Coffee Perks reward program. We have used it for over 4 years. The integrations are great as well which helps us be more productive in answering customer issues. We are getting ready to push out the referral program to drive loyalty. I recommend this app highly!

Got way to expensive

Over the past year, Andreandana and the rest of the Smile support team have been really great, helping us to draw monthly reports manually that weren't available to download for the app for months - following up with us every month with new downloadable reports.
Then, this month, all of a sudden, I got a message from her notifying me that those reports were now included as standard as part of the app! Amazing stuff!
It's really great to see an app that listens to customer feedback to improve their service!

We have been using the app for a few years, and have not had any problem.
It has all the functions needed for a points royalty program.

The support is very quick and helpful. We have asked for an additional function of free gifts and they have listened to us! We are quite happy using Smile.io

Lisa, the COO reached out to me to resolve a problem I had as a small business. Lisa made it work for my bakery and we can therefore now stay with Smile. Previously I have let Smile know the following...This was a wonderful app until they switched it from free to paid per order as some of our orders are 3.99 and therefore cannot justify paying $199US /month just because we have over 2000 small orders per month. it should not be based on amount of orders as it is discriminating when you do lots of small orders. After it was switched over I could still edit customer profiles for awhile but not anymore - very very frustrating. They created a forcing function to make you upgrade even if you don't want to. Really disappointed!

We asked about a feature over a year ago. Lisa reached out to advise this feature was added to the Smile platform before it was even announced. Great customer service!
