Easy to use, wish we had more control over what kind of rewards were offered. All in all though I would highly recommend this loyalty program

Updating my review - this app is very expensive, but they have solid features and helpful support. I picked their brain very annoyingly and they were good. The UI/UX of the interface for both the customer and store owner is solid.
I can't say whether this increases repeat business/drives new business. But they've done a good job creating what they set out to create. I haven't used this long enough to attest to its effectiveness. Although from a price perspective if I have a few thousand customers my pricing is going to be around $400 - $500 per month if not more. That's a lot. Will i be able to get more than $6k per year in new revenue from this app? Would love to see a lower price point.

So far so good....easy to set up the basic plan. I will give another review once the shop is up and running. I am on the fence with 4 or 5 stars because of the branding logo on the rewards program....I think they should offer lower tier option for a few bucks that would get rid of their branding on the system....

Why was an 5 star review auto generated saying -easy to set up,looking forward to using it? I would give it 5 stars if I did not have upload all those coupon codes. App is new to me, but with the exception of manually uploading all the coupons, seems like a great app.

Like the app so far. Very user friendly. I like the free plan start up option in conjunction with Shopify. I would give it 5 starts but my only real issue is the pricing for the basic plan. I feel $59 for the basic plan is just too much. Most basic plans I researched run about $20-$30. Depending on how much sales traffic this app helps generate when I no longer qualify for the free plan will determine if Spending $59 a month will be worth it...

The smile app isn't the most robust, but it's great for the price point. The biggest hang-ups are the lack of customization, but their customer service is quick, helpful, and insightful. Josh has been fantastic at helping when needed.

Too expensive for small businesses.
If the price could be lowered. I am willing to pay for more features.
