Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Hands down, best referral app. Great customer support. Very flexible and customizable. The integrations are very useful too.

****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review!

We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines.

With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.

Set up was a breeze! Can't wait to see how the program works out tracking my customer's purchases/shares/etc. I'm a little worried that my current customers will not have access to the points for new account creation - I will have to check back in to let everyone know how that process goes!

As a side note, it would have been nice to have access to an editable template to advertise the reward program - I ended up creating one but that would have saved me about an hour! Thanks for offering this free app Sweet Tooth!

Works great even when it's free!

So far I am really loving this app! It's easy to use with great directions. I think that some of my customers might not be seeing that they can do optional things to accrue more more points though since you have to click on the right tab --- that might be something to add a bit of something to get attention to!

Simple, easy to use and set-up. We would recommend this ap to other users looking for a customer loyalty tool.
