Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

I'm digging this option for a loyalty program vs just coupons per action. This should help keep customers ordering direct since they get points for not only the social shares but also purchases. It's pretty easy to set up but I wish one of these type of apps (I tried a few) would just make the coupons for you as it needs them vs bulk coupon setup manually. Also a way to link to the rewards program without showing the little banner thing would be nice as I might prefer to put it in my menu. But that's small stuff, overall, this is a great help and something I wish I would have done awhile back.

We have been using Smile for a couple of years now and it has been working well for us.
Support has always been responsive and helpful when we have had questions or issues.
I would like to see the option for retailers to be able to create their own ways to earn. Such as giving double points on certain products not all. Or giving extra points for selecting Click + Collect on their order for example.
We have tiers for our customers and would love to see this push across to shopify so we don't have to manually tag our customers which can be time consuming.
Would also love to see the option for better bespoke design with the templates so it is more on brand/inline with our own look.

Overall, it does work very well.

There is also a great feature in generating new customers through existing ones, which in turn rewards them as well. I love the way this app has improved my e-commerce & I will continue to use it. The customer service with Smile is awesome. I have been using the loyalty rewards program for about a month and it's already helped sales take off. When I decided to move into the referrals side I was a bit confused. So I got on the live chat (which by the way is an awesome function) and I started talking with Abby. After my many many questions we had everything set up and I was good to go! She was a great help and I hope I can work with her more in the future. Again customer service and the product makes this so easy and smooth for my customers.

Has been amazing for our customers. The customer service is phenomenal. We spent a lot of time researching the best option and chose Smile. We're happy with the results. Just wish the pricing for the larger plans wasn't so expensive. Pricing keeps us from upgrading.
