Really good just wish the upgrade wasnt so expensive :(
Super easy to use. I was able to integrate Smile seamlessly, and it helped us provide better service to our customers by understanding their purchases and rewarding them for their loyalty! Also, the customer service is amazing - I was able to get my questions answered so quickly so I could get up and running in no time. Highly recommended for any small business!

Bill and the Team at Smile were wonderful in listening and understanding the issue I had due to a recent change to my account that I brought to their attention. Within 48 hours they proposed a solution and implemented it with care and concern. I wish EVERY one of my vendors, software suppliers and more worked this way, the world would be a much better place with much bigger SMILEs, thats for sure! Thank you Bill & Team.

Had it for about a year now and have seen activity and customer retention due to this app. Best of all is that it is a powerful and free app with various ways for potential customers to earn points, such social likes and sharing, birthdays, customer referrals, purchasing points and new sign up points. Highly recommend this app.
I recently added the app and I must say the ease at which everything installed and got working is just phenomenal! Never thought adding such a complicated system would be so user-friendly and easy. Furthermore, totally blown away by their customer service. The help/support Sarah and Maggie provided were far past my expectations! I highly recoomend this app.
