Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We tested other loyalty club apps, and Smile easily takes the cake! Simple to set up, excellent customisation options, and the support team have been fantastic. We only launched a few days ago and have already received great customer feedback. 10/10 would recommend.

Love the app and their support is super fast. Every time I have a question, they reply on the same day or the day after. It's amazing!

So far every time we contact customer service for questions, the agents have been super helpful. Jade was the most recent agent who helped, she was able to look into a customers account and help us give them their points back. The help is always prompt, and easy to understand.

Adding that each time we have reached out to customer service they have been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. And it has been quick to get in touch with someone which is very helpful. Recently Shelby has been helping us out a bunch.

Fantastic app, great pricing and feature set at the lower tiers. Special shout out to Christian from smile for helping us integrate another program, going above and beyond to delight the customer.
