Had an issue with one of my other apps that integrated with Smile and Smile dedicated resources within ~30 seconds to help diagnose the other app's issue and figured out a solution that they were able to implement. Fantastic app! I've had great feedback so far from my customers too. Definately recommend.
Easy to set up, very flexible, even with the basic service.
Promoted it with one email blast, tweet, and facebook post and got 50+ people signed up the first day it launched!
Looking forward to building our audience with this tool.
