Hi, I have just downloaded the app for my Shopify store and was having trouble finding where to add social media links so I messaged for help. The rep was very helpful and explained where to find the links. She also disclosed about third-party validation. I sincerely appreciate the transparency & for letting me know this. Smile is one of the most user-friendly apps I have ever used on Shopify. Setting up my rewards program was incredibly easy and I had it up in running in a few hours. I love how the widget looks on my site. It also integrates with my email platform Omnisend which makes promoting my rewards program really easy.

Absolutely streamlined to perfection. Setup-and-forget operation make this a must have for any business serious about CRM. Spend a little time calculating good point values and you'll have an incredibly strong reward program people cannot pass up. Would love to have had the referral reward feature with the free plan since we don't have 500 accounts yet, but the basic plan is well priced for what you receive!
The Loyalty Rewards app by Sweet Tooth is easy to use and an excellent way to reward customers. It makes me feel good that I can offer this perk to my customers.
