Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.

The few times I have had to speak/write with the staff at Smile have been nothing but exceptional. They really are there to help and made sure all my concerns and/or issues were resolved. It is very nice to still see some companies out there will great customer service.

Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans.
