We've had a fantastic experience setting up our loyalty program with Smile. The platform is user-friendly and offers a variety of customization options to suit our needs. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the Smile support team was always prompt and helpful. We are very happy with the overall service.

I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Lynn got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. I solved the problem quickly according to her guidance. I like her professionalism.

I had some concerns regarding my plan order maximum being reached, and Andreandana was so helpful to assist me. She listened to my concerns and came up with a solution.

The app is great - there is a lot to offer even with the free plan. Customer service is outstanding as well and very quick to respond.

I thought I had lost my customer's data with all their points but Cole was able to help me recover them quickly! I'm glad I chose Smile over other rewards apps. It's easy to manage and simple to use from the customer's perspective as well.
