Easy setup, nice interface. Very customizable

I just added this app today (8 October 2018) so I do not have much experience with the app. That being said, I find it much easier than some I've tried. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. The navigation is easy to follow. In short, the app is intuitive. One issue I have was that I wanted to give my existing customers credit for joining the rewards program and found that I had to do this one by one. It would be nice if there were some kind of bulk editor that could do this in a single step. As I gain more experience with the app, I will return to either upgrade to 5 stars or downgrade to 3 stars. I won't know until I have working experience with it. For now, I can't see why 5 stars would be the next move.

The app is totally great but regarding the pricing for the Growth Plan, I would prefer 24$ for up to 1000 users and 12$ for every additional 500 users. Like this I would definitely rethink for a Growth Plan to attract customers. :)

Just started using it today. Gets confusing trying to make sure all the right codes are getting exported/imported.

It was easy to install and seems like it will do what it's supposed to do. I guess we shall see.
