Had an issue from a customer not receiving the full amount of points, contacted Smile through chatbox and Lisa was able to resolve promptly by providing step by step instructions for me to follow which was really appreciated, as I'm not great with technology. Thank you so much

Great app with very deep features. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend!

After investigating nearly a dozen different loyalty programs, I settled on a couple to test out, based on stellar reviews. Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner.
The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions.

Great app with good customer service, very reactive and always trying to find a solution. I would give 5 stars, but we still do miss translations functionalities, right now a lot them are only available in English, and we would love to extend them to other stores with its full potential (using points in checkout, on product page, customer page...)
