Setup is an absolute doddle. Looking forward to positive feedback from my customers.

2 weeks in and it has been a wonderful experience. Support is pretty amazing and the program works a treat. Some of the points awarded 'out of the box' were a bit low so we tweaked them but it was a very simple thing to do.

Unfortunately decided to remove this app when the terms were changed leading to manual installation of discount codes instead of being automatically generated as before.

It is really easy to set up and to use, with great support as well. Exactly what I was looking for!!

Just started using it. Easy to set up. The $ jump from free to the first slab is pretty steep but otherwise I think it's a good app.

excellent - easy to use and definitely brings customers back. I would recommend to anyone needed a loyalty program

just activated the app, wish they would let new app users customize for 30 days free, but other wise it was a nice seamless integration

The program has signed up 20 customers in under a month. Hopefully those customers will become buyers over the next few months.

The free tier has been great to get us going, but the prices jump steeply if you wish to upgrade features. The features we need are in the $199 a month tier, which is quite steep for what we are. Our customers are saying they never knew we had a loyalty program, we wish it was a little more obvious than a star at the bottom of our homepage. Hunting around for a similar program with more small business friendly pricing. (Not every business is a startup with crazy amounts of capital trying to scale up in ridiculous amounts of time )
