We have been using SMILE since its early free days. It stung a bit when they started charging but with a bit of communication we were able to come to a fair agreement and now very happy to continue using the app.

They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. Great communication. Whenever I have a question the team is always available and responds within a reasonable time. I also really just love the app. It is really clean, seamless and easy enough for me and my customers to use. I look forward to adding on my features within the app.

Been using Smile for years and never had an issue. The reward program works faultlessly, their pricing could be a little friendlier though as they hold back features unless you want to pay a lot more. 9/10
