Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.
