Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We just launched our Smile rewards program and so far the experience has been outstanding. The service and support we received from Fiona, our launch coordinator, was nothing short of excellent in all regards. I can't say enough good things about her and our experience with Smile.

We originally created our own rewards program. But, using Sweet Tooth is so much easier and is actually a little fun too. We are able to track its success and make tweaks as needed. It has worked great for us.

Lisa was very helpful with digging into the issue I had and finding viable solutions for it. I am very grateful for her assistance!

Smile is the best customer rewards platform. They integrate with most applications and have the best support.

This app works well and has superior support. They answer quickly and are willing to work with you to address any issues you have so that the app works for your particular situation. They have been able to add features a la carte for us which is super helpful for a small business. Highly recommended. Lynn was very helpful in particular.

Great app, and good customer service. Our customers love the reward system and smile makes it easy. I was disappointed that they don't have a free plan anymore and find the app still pricey but Smile is good at what they do and it does provide a good value for our customers. This app has been incredibly easy to navigate and set up. We launched on our site within 3 days of downloading the app. Customer service is impeccable! Tess has been so responsive and so gracious anytime I have a question about a feature.
Definitely recommend this app! Now I know why they call it "Smile" ;)
