Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Smile.io's support team has been fantastic to work with. I ran into a few technical hiccups with my loyalty and referral program, and every rep I worked with — Lisa, Lynn, and Joana — was quick to respond, thorough, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted. They even went out of their way to unlock some bonus features for me as a longtime merchant, which I really appreciated. Great app, backed by a support team that clearly cares about their merchants.

This app is solid. Getting customer loyalty points to sync properly across different sales platforms wasn't an instant plug-and-play process for us. However, Smile.io provided us with a solution and helped with the technical capabilities we needed to make it work.

What made the biggest difference was the support team. Complex setups can easily get frustrating, but every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful. A big shoutout to Alex, who leads the Merchant Experience team, as well as Ezra and Andrea, who provided step-by-step information to set-up the connections.

If you run a multi-platform store and need a loyalty app backed by a team that actually guides you in providing the best experience for your customers, Smile.io is definitely worth it.

A very trustworthy company. This the most important for any businesses. Bravos! to Smile. Analisa and Ezra assisted with the straightforwardness, truthfulness and great empathy. Kudos! to both of them. I do want to thank the team also going the extra mile to ensure a feature on my product page is turned on so my customers can see how many points they will earn when they purchase that product. This was not requested by me. So I am really touched by this wonderful nice gesture! Thank you Ezra and Analisa!

Unfortunately, an employee manipulated Smile to obtain free orders. However, the Smile team was incredibly helpful in identifying the employee and the timing and manner of their manipulation of the platform. Their team truly went above and beyond. My only advice to the Smile team is to include account attributions to manual changes in Smile Loyalty points.

I recently ran into some technical issues that originated from my end, and the Smile support team was incredibly helpful in walking me through the steps to troubleshoot everything. They swiftly responded to all my emailed questions and educated me about some features that I needed guidance setting up. Kudos to Lynn, Annalisa and Shelby! You guys rock! Very satisfied customer here.

Smile's support has been phenomenal. They checked back in with me multiple times and made sure that I was taken care of. I love their integration and how much it can do. Smile has been a game changer for us already!

Shelby and Analisa went above and beyond to help me get the app to do the very explicit things that I wanted. I use a mix of Shopify sections on the page and the landing page sections Smile offers with the page. It gives me more flexibility to fit my branding. I appreciate their specialized attention and customer service!

We've been really happy with Smile, but the support experience is what made us want to leave this review. Lisa and Lynn were absolutely wonderful — quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was working perfectly for us. It's rare to find a team this dedicated. If you're considering Smile, know that you'll be in great hands. Couldn't recommend it more!

The app is very comprehensive and offers a wide range of options and features to choose from. I especially like the email automations that can be set up, as they make managing customer communication much easier than having to go through Klayvjio. Lisa was incredibly helpful and spent several hours walking me through the platform, answering all of my questions in detail. Her support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I'm very pleased with the app and the level of customer service provided.
