Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!

The support is the best I've ever had for an app. I've never gotten a canned response, they have addressed every question I've had and helped me figure out things even if it wasn't an issue on Smile's end. The best!!
